We sell digital products and remote services, including but not limited to: tool activations, renewals, server credits, IMEI/server services, licenses, and related GSM/mobile-repair software entitlements.

These are not physical goods. Delivery is typically electronic (license key, credit top-up, remote processing, or account activation) within the timeframe shown on the product page when available.

• You confirm you are authorized to use any device, IMEI, account, or credentials you submit.
• You will use purchased tools/services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in Saudi Arabia.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (email, username, serial, IMEI, etc.). Incorrect details may delay or prevent fulfillment.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR). We may update prices at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you confirm the order (once payment is enabled).

An order is a request to purchase. Payment processing will be handled by an integrated payment gateway when available. Until payment is successfully completed, we are not obliged to deliver the digital service.

Digital delivery times are estimates (often minutes). Delays can occur due to vendor queues, maintenance, incorrect customer data, or network issues. If delivery exceeds a reasonable time, contact support with your order details.

The storefront does not require customer registration/login. You are responsible for keeping order confirmation emails and any delivery credentials secure.

Product brands, logos, and software names belong to their respective owners. Purchase grants you the digital entitlement described on the product page, not ownership of the underlying software IP.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASAR ALNUMU ALRAQI alraqi Establishment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of digital tools or services, including device damage, data loss, or business interruption, except where liability cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

Refunds and returns for digital services are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
